Burj Views is a residential complex consisting of three high-rise buildings located in the central area of Downtown Dubai. The project is from the well-known UAE developer, Emaar Properties, and was commissioned in 2009. Burj Views Tower A (38 floors), Burj Views Tower B (34 floors) and Burj Views Tower C (38 floors) have a common podium and shared retail areas. All Burj Views residences are ready to move into and are fully equipped with plumbing, a functional kitchen, built-in closets and panoramic windows overlooking the artificial canal, the Burj Khalifa skyscraper and Burj Park. Some apartments are fully furnished. The minimum size of a studio in Burj Views is 55 square meters (595 square feet), and the cost of housing in the complex starts from AED 815,000 (USD 222,000).
